Literally the most chaotic parking lot ever. Huge trailer was blocking one of the exits, 3 cars were behind me at one of the bays. Almost impossible to get out of the parking lot. And staff did nothing but watch me struggle trying to reverse with cars parked behind me. I don’t know why there’s not better direction here?

Last summer I bought new tires from them, now I try to change to my winter tires ( doing this my whole life, never had problems) just to find out they overtigh all of them by a lot. Almost impossible to get them loose and most of the tire nuts are damaged. Have to get new tire nuts and will check my aluminum rims for damage.
Lost all my trust in them after being a loyal customer for over 15 years.

So I don’t think I’ll be a Good Year or fountain tire customer anymore. Here’s the back story.
I came in for a wheel and tire package should have been easy on and done but no. I went back 4 times in the 4 times they scratched my new wheels and had me put back on my winters in the summer. After months of trying to get them fixed and not to shake well on finally they kind of stopped the shake. Then winter came. I called in to get the winter tires rotated on. The guy that answered was aggressive and not that kind. I was told wheel package would be rotated one intel the tire was worn out. Guy that answered the phone nope were don’t do that anymore ! Why tell me when I bought the package? This location has went way down hill since Michael took over. And now I won’t go to any fountain tires thanks buds ! Train your front counter and guys better. Will be talking out loud about my experiences ! Use to be good to amazing. But will be bad to horrible now and I use to work for fountain so I got lots of stories !

Only been here twice for a tire change and both times I had issues after driving home and have had to come back. It’s a tire change. Shouldn’t be that difficult to do. 2 stars because the front desk people are nice.

Awesome place to get your vehicle winterized. Fantastic people. I have been going now to fountain tire because I really like nitrogen in my tires and am also a fan of Goodyear tires. I went to get my winter tires and battery for winter knowing I had the peace of mind from my Flexiti account which I opened 6 -8 months ago. Never really used it and had a credit limit of 3500.00> The work that I had performed was a total of 25xx.xx so when asked to pay I find out my credit limit had been decreased for not using the card . I had made all my payments and even called them and they say they have a right to do that. I was not informed whatsoever so I have done some research and now companies are going to think twice about using Flexiti. There going to have to ask each person how will you be paying that today, Would never had the work done if I knew about that.
I'm very fortunate I had some money on me and also little history with the manager. But Fountain tire is the best place to get your vehicle winterized and peace of mind. But anyone reading this will know how I felt after finding out and I will go to media if asked. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Since they are affiliated credited company. They also have a turtle named Graffiti and alot of fish as well which is very well kept.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
