Given miss information about policies. Being overcharged for services that you did not receive. Insane cancellation fees when you can’t get through to anyone to discuss insurance. Spending days on end waiting in the branch to get help. It’s clear there is no communication between the people who work there as everyone gives you different answers for things. The cons outweigh the pros.

However this morning George came out today did an excellent service for us, not only made a special trip to pick up the right battery we asked for, but also made it even better than we expected. AMA should only hire people like George, the more of George work for AMA, the happier the customers you have. Their driver George turned a horrible service experience into an excellent service experience. What a man!
- KDKristen DDec 30, 20251.0I’ve been paying for a membership for almost 10 years. Finally needed a simple unlock service. I was quoted 3 hours…okay that’s fine I know it’s busy. But three hours later and I still have no idea when the person is coming. The app says I can expect them to come on time…obviously not. I called and was just told it could take up to 48 hours - what!? So I’m supposed to stand in the snow in a parking lot for up to 48 hours and they’ll come when they feel like? I’m canceling my membership immediately. Do not get a membership, it would have been faster and easier for me to call a locksmith.

My driver's licence is due soon. Do I have to book and appointment to renew?
You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
Do you offer an international driver's licence here?
We sure do. The test costs $17.60, plus the cost of getting your Driver's License after you pass. Visit our website and search for 'Drivers Licence Testing' to find all the information, including what to bring with you. Good luck!

At AMA, our registry services are member exclusive. However, you can visit our registry with someone who has an active AMA membership to use our services. Being a member does offer plenty of value.
