I’ve been paying for a membership for almost 10 years. Finally needed a simple unlock service. I was quoted 3 hours…okay that’s fine I know it’s busy. But three hours later and I still have no idea when the person is coming. The app says I can expect them to come on time…obviously not. I called and was just told it could take up to 48 hours - what!? So I’m supposed to stand in the snow in a parking lot for up to 48 hours and they’ll come when they feel like? I’m canceling my membership immediately. Do not get a membership, it would have been faster and easier for me to call a locksmith.

New phone service menu does not mention "commissioner of oaths" services. Also electronic menus really are built to free up staff and DO result in a down-grade of services, increasing customer frustration.

Apparently you must be ama member to use their services. What an arrogance and exclusivity. Id say discrimination.
