- MEmark emsden5 days ago1.0While we had a great experience with the driver education course and the call centre, the instructor Fitsum was totally unprofessional, he would arrive when he liked and just text to say he was coming, not ask if it was ok and on one occasion was more than an hour late and never arrived so we cancelled, then was very defensive when he was challenged about it claiming a family emergency, but made no attempt to explain that before hand, we had to make two complaints about him to management. Do not use this man if you have children who are at all anxious about driving or if you have strict times that you are available for lessons. Unfortunately he is the only instructor in St Albert available outside of school hours, do better AMA!

I has been literal MONTHS of her trying to book her in car training with her instructor ignoring her phone calls and text messages. She tried calling the office to rectify and was told too bad keep trying there’s nothing we can do. Disgusting business taking advantage of you people!!!
