  I appreciate the simplicity of the booking and pick-up/drop-off procedures. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Happy customer for the past 20 years :)

  Hit a deer 5am with my truck. Enterprise called me to rent vehicle before even had 12:30 insurance appraisal done expecting me to book a vehicle. I don’t deal with vultures and hate being aggressed … absolutely would never rent from this place. Ever. You are hilarious. Who gets stressed about a dead deer and writing off a truck. Your call and jumping on me so desperate for business ticked me off. Care less about the truck.

  So I rent a car from these guys a little while back in the car was an absolute piece of crap with useless tires. They tell me that they’re gonna give me a deal next time I come in. Unfortunately my truck breaks down and I don’t know how long it’s going to take so I tell them I might need a few days I might need a longer. They tell me that once it goes over a week, I just get the weekly rate. Well 26 days later I come in and I have a bill for almost $2300. they tell me they can’t do anything about the price of the day rate because they started me out with a slight discount on the day rate which is definitely not as cheap as a discount on the weekly rate. It takes them two different managers to finally give me a walking $200 discount on my bill and sent me on my way Stating that there’s nothing you can do about it because it’s in the computer. This company’s a scam and they insult me with $200 discount after completely ripping me off

  I strongly advise against booking from this location. I reserved a vehicle a day in advance for an 8:00 AM pickup. Despite arriving early at 7:45 AM, the manager, Paul, called me at 7:55 AM to say no vehicles were available. When they opened, he told me I’d have to wait until 4:00 PM and treated me as if I were at fault. While a kind staff member tried to explain that their system allows bookings even when no cars are in stock (Booking.com showed 22 available at the time), Paul interrupted us to rudely ask if I was "taking pictures of the staff." He was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the Enterprise helpline only offered a vehicle in downtown Edmonton for triple the price. I will not be booking with them again.
