I was told I did not need a credit card so I reserved a vehicle and set up a time to pick it up. I was willing to pay up front the estimated cost of rental a deposit of 500 but I was still turned down. I ended up leaving and having to walk to find somewhere to wait for a ride as enterprise was closing soon. I got my son to drop me off confident I would drive back home in a rental, he went to Laundromat (because our dryer at home died) so I ended up waiting for almost two hours for him to finish. The whole experience did not even need to go down like this had they just been up front and told me a visa debit card was nothing like a credit card.I know now so I guess I learned some thing out of the whole disaster.
