Once you get a confirmation that what you are looking for is good to go, i receieved a call not an hour later saying they don't have trucks at this location even though their own web site states they do. It's the Seinfield rental car skit all over again.

When my good car was hurt and I needed replacement, I tell my wife and other girlfriend, "I hope they don't try to cheat me like sometimes they do back in the village." But here? Pure gold! ​The people at Enterprise, they have true filotimo (honor). They greet you with a smile, they give you the keys to a beautiful, clean car—not some old junker that smells like a taverna! Everything is simple and clear. Back in Greece, the rental man, he smells like smelly octopus, needs three hours to write the contract, and then he charges you for dust on the floor! Here, no malakia! ​They give you the car, they say "Drive safely sir," and when you bring it back, no fighting, no tricks. It is pleasure to do business with such honest anthropoi (people). They make life easy. Go to Enterprise! They are a blessing! Efharisto poli!
