  A well managed location with friendly staff. In a fast paced environment, the staff managed so many situations with compassion and care while I was there. that is hard to come across when pretty much every customer is giving you crap. Thanks for the great service with excellent communication. Highly recommend.

  We rented a mazda 5. It was a really good temporary suv. The service was super! They came and got us from the repair shop. Very friendly and kind. It was fast and thorough with the rental part. Return was just as fast and easy. We purchased glass coverage. Good thing as a few rock hit the window being it was winter and we live a fair distance from town. We'll worth it. They drove me back to the repair shop. Thank you so much.🥰 This company really looked after us. It made the repair on our vehicle less of a headache .. the staff are so friendly and customer service is their goal. They were interested in how we liked driving the suv.

  I booked a truck online, got a confirmation number, and as I was getting ready to pick up the vehicle, when they called to say they had NO vehicles available.. not "they didn't have the vehicle i chose", NO VEHICLE available !! I was left scrambling to find a vehicle at 8:30 in the morning to make it to my appointments.. there's no scenario where ill ever book with them again!

  We had an awful experience here with the manager Paul. Luckily a lady named Amulya was very kind and was able to help us get our rental. However, this Paul fellow was very unprofessional, and very rude. I'd recommend some sensitivity training for him, honestly. I won't ever forget his conduct, and don't plan on ever recommending them if I know he is still there. Amulya though, very nice and effective. I'd give more stars for her, but the manager was so offputting from his behavior.

  US based call center screwed up my reservation , leaving the staff in a bad place.. im thankfull they got me a vehicle.. but the situation shouldn't have happened in the first place I lost my primary and only vehicle in a non fault accident, my insurance sent me to them for a rental I booked a reservation and got myself a one way ride to pick up the vehicle.. they had nothing available on my day to pick up I was now stranded hours from home with no way to get home They luckily got me a small crappy car ill suited for up north where im from, it couldn't climb inclines and sat on the floor so I essentially was barred from over half my town Yeah.. it got me home.. but it was not in class of what I was promised
