  Very similar experience to a few of the reviews beneath me… I was called the day before I picked up the rental to confirm details and asked specifically for a vehicle with winter tires on it fully understanding that it would cost a bit extra. The next day when I went to pick up the vehicle with winter tires on it, I was offered a few options of vehicles; when I asked again to confirm the options being offered had winters, I was informed they did not. I was then told that all of the vehicles with winter tires were in use or out for an oil change (funny now how I’m not the only one experiencing the reserved vehicle “out for maintenance”). The manager eventually came over and offered me an AWD vehicle for the day. The next day they magically had multiple options for me with winter tires. Disappointed with this location. And before your automated response offers it, I’ve already told the customer service people over the phone about my experience. Was offered a 15% off coupon that was supposed to be emailed to me that I still haven’t received along with my $150 deposit refund.

  Excellent experience. Checking out the car and returning the car was smooth and easy. The folks answered all my questions very well and gave me ample details on their terms and conditions. Promptly refunded my security deposit once I returned the car. Have no issues at all and very pleased with their services service.

  Do not rent from here, save yourself the money and time. There is cheaper and better rental companies. I called several times to confirm my booking for a pick up truck while our vehicle was in the shop. I get to enterprise mid/late afternoon to pick up the truck. They don’t have it, it’s out “getting a windshield and it would be an hour and a half wait still before I’d get it and that’s the only one they have” I’m an hour out of town.. next guy comes in behind me also there for there one and only truck and gets the same story while I’m standing right there. So I take the suv. And it has the service now light, oil and filter maintenance light it’s not full of fuel and some of the worst Chinese tires I have ever driven with. I have never drove a vehicle that his been this dangerous in the winter. If my insurance wasn’t paying the bill I would’ve found a market place beater and sold it when I was done needing it. Would’ve saved me time/money and my family and I would be a lot more safe on the road than this thing and I would’ve got what I requested.

  I have been a loyal customer at the Sherwood Park Enterprise for a long time, but the service has plummeted over the last two months. I called on Monday, March 30, at 1:45 PM to inquire about a rental for this Wednesday. ​The representative I spoke with was incredibly unprofessional, mumbling, speaking over me, and using a very rude tone. Most notably, she didn't even follow standard procedure. Usually, staff will ask for my name or if I have a reservation, then tell me to 'hold on' while they check the fleet. Instead, she immediately cut me off to say they were 'too busy,' had nothing available, and told me my best bet was the airport. ​This 'go to the airport' brush-off has happened multiple times lately. It’s a complete 180-degree turn from the friendly, helpful staff I dealt with last year. If management doesn't care enough to address this dismissive attitude and lack of basic effort, I’ll be taking my business to a different location or a competitor.

  Never use this enterprise, my wife and I booked a reservation for a car well in advance of our pick up date, even spoke to an individual on the phone to confirm details on our pick up, we reserved a more luxurious car than what the economy offers. Of course when we go to pick up the car they have nothing in stock and nothing to offer us. So we settled with a cheap economy class ride but dont you think it should of been mentioned on the "phone" that their stock was low. Of course they offered nothing to solve the problem. That seems like a bit of a scam to me but ill let you decide. Dirty location and unprofessional staff, yeah ill go into edmonton next time. My mistake.
