Entrance needs asphalt, parking lot resurfaced,grade is off in many places, needs concrete work on curbs,garbage everywhere on property especially in trees ,pond, and down by the main street,shower costs 13.65, ridiculous! On one cash register the interact machine is is broken and they dont fix, they got 4 tills there to use but always chose to use the broken debt machine. Their answer use atm and take money out costing yourself a $3 + service charge. EVERYTHING IS EXSPENSIVE, MARKED UP 100% OR MORE! Laundry facilities do not work! Gas pump in disrepair! Bathrooms are always dirty! Just a shitty run place! With the money they make you'd think they would repair and upkeep place better! Shell Corporate needs to make a visit i would say! Only good thing is its open 24 hrs, which is only reason I use it! All my other needs is take my business elsewhere! Sad to see people dont take pride in their work and run things properly being appreciative and grateful you have a job! I would recommend using other stops if you have a choice!
