But, Kal tire couldn’t do the oils change because it’s Christmas Eve, what was the point of even sending it over there. Waited around the store for a hour (I had called ahead to make sure they had the vehicle before I came to collect it. They said yes, wasn’t true) They had some worker from another store that was in the area driving in what seems like a bottom of the barrel fleet truck, or one employees use. I have NEVER had a rental with 72,000 KMS on it before, it’s base model, no CarPlay, really no infotainment. Windshield wipers are clearly summer, and way overdue to be replaced, they won’t clear the windshield. Gas tank was only half full so then I had to go get gas myself. Terrible. Absolutely terrible.

UPDATE: We contacted another branch. They informed us that the Sherwood Park location has phone issues. We've managed to get the vehicle we were supposed to have reserved. The personnel were great. Hopefully they get their phone lines back in order ASAP.
