I can't believe how fast Kale responded. I placed the service request and 10 min later he showed up. Now that is damn fast. He got me unstuck in no time. Top marks Kale. Thanks

Great service from what I experienced. I came to do a road test and my examiner, Karan, was very kind while correcting any mistakes I made while remaining very professional, and the people helping to get my licence all set up were very kind as well :)

Although I’ve had minor frustrations with this location, this review is about what a waste of money my gold membership has been for the last decade. I’ve been paying for it for nearly 10 years, and never used it once until recently when I needed assistance. AMA failed us miserably, and we wound up paying another company for a tow. AMA quoted us 10 hours for service. Fine I get it, they’re busy. After the 10 hours, they said they were not going to help and to use someone else. I did, and they were more than happy to do the job, arriving less than 45 minutes after the call. Thank you for nothing AMA. I’m so disappointed that I am cancelling my worthless membership. My house insurance and auto insurance will also be moving to anyone else. Goodbye forever AMA - Lesson learned.

I went in yesterday for my son to do his learners test. He passed yay! Most staff were super friendly and congratulated him. However the lady Vikashi I believe is her name was super rude and not friendly at all. She was holding my drivers license and constantly wipping her nose and then touching it and then the pen she gave us to use. I made a comment about how we are trying to avoid getting sick. And she said she had a daughter with the flu and fever and home and she was visibly not well either. I asked her if she could sanitize her hands while we are sharing objects were she got really defensive and said she just had allergies and that hand sanitizer will make her hands wet. She also said it’s flu season so basically tough. I was trying my best to be nice about it and all I got was attitude and rudeness in return. I tried to tell her nicely that I wasn’t trying to argue or pick a fight that I am just trying to prevent myself from catching her flu. She still continued to be argumentative. I don’t understand what’s with the poor customer service. I work in customer service as well for over 20 years and would never act this way. No smile, no kindness. While others around were super nice and friendly she was not. I tried to tell the lady at the front desk about my experience but she seemed to not care. I will go back to the south location as they’ve always been super friendly and kind.
Kindness costs nothing- please retrain this staff member on manners and hygiene.
