31 year towing customer and 20 home insurance customer. I can't get there during business hours and tried for a month to talk to someone after my bank account was compromised so I could send new bank info. You can't talk to a human so they went ahead and just canceled my insurance and sent me a letter. Needed a tow truck last fall and can't talk to a human! Goodbye AMA

I called this registry for an abstract. I specifically asked And that I’m not a member can I still get an abstract? They told me yes I drove all the way to the registry and their reception told me no you have to be a member. Weird place never coming back

My 93 year old grandmother was trying to get home insurance but was asked for pictures of every room and the front and back of the house. I took pictures but had my email returned twice telling me that they were in the wrong format. When I asked for specific guidelines from, Sukhdeep Kaur for exactly what they needed I was essentially ghosted. I never got a response back. Very very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Two stars because the reception ladies were fantastic but I waited for 2 hours for nothing. No one was sure if they could do a business auto insurance plan or not and when I finally got to see "the commercial guy" he questioned whether I was even old enough, and that he was "busy". I had been there for 2 hours at that point. Didn't feel like a valued member. If AMA would like to retain my business someone should reach out .

This location is great. Too busy, but the people are really nice. When my insurer left Alberta, AMA was the least scammy of the Alberta auto insurance scam, errr, I mean, industry. BUT: I cannot recommend the MyRide app. This app is in no way ready for public release. It says "Potential Trip Identified" when I'm on the can at work and have been at work for hours. Things it doesn't like: speeding (ok, but get the limits correct), acceleration, steering, using your phone hands-free, context (Too much? Not enough? Not even AMA knows) and: BRAKING. Yup, braking. Automakers spend untold amounts of money trying to reduce braking distances, and this app wants us to not use them. Sudden obstacle in the road? Plow through it, for SAFETY! However, there are many things the app allows us the freedom to do: drive drunk, run every red light, mow down pedestrians on the sidewalk (remember, don't brake!), and drive the wrong way on the freeway - just don't steer too much!
