They called me during the wheel alignment to explain they were running into some issues and asked if I was okay with the alignment taking more time, i didn't mind at all. When I picked the car up, they had not added any extra labour to the bill even though they had to remove the wheels and spend extra time working on the car. Someone took the time to clearly explain what happened and recommended I get some eccentric bolts so the alignment can be made perfect. He also said that once I install the bolts, I can bring it back and they’ll do another alignment at no charge. I know lots of shops would jump at the opportunity to charge an extra couple of hours labour. Highly recommended 👌
