Great experience. They called me during the wheel alignment to explain they were running into some issues and asked if I was okay with the alignment taking more time, i didn't mind at all. When I picked the car up, they had not added any extra labour to the bill even though they had to remove the wheels and spend extra time working on the car. Someone took the time to clearly explain what happened and recommended I get some eccentric bolts so the alignment can be made perfect. He also said that once I install the bolts, I can bring it back and they’ll do another alignment at no charge. I know lots of shops would jump at the opportunity to charge an extra couple of hours labour. Highly recommended 👌

Matthew and the crew are amazing. Was towed there on Sunday night and had my tire problems solved and out the door by 10am Monday. Definitely too the stress out of things and got me back home to Edmonton.

The customer service here was top notch. I had to get a tire patched and even though I just dropped in, they had me in and out in no time.

Blew a tire between Rocky and Nordegg and had to be towed into Rocky. Chose Fountain Tire because they were close to the hotel I booked. A random choice that turned out so well. James and his very kind front desk manager went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Even provided sandwiches from their lunch order for me to eat on the road. Saved me a lot of money overall, and placed my needs above all else.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
