  I am beyond angry with my experience here. I booked a car and took a cab to the place. Was told I couldn’t rent the car without a utility bill. I was then sent out to wait for an uber to the airport.

  I had an amazing experience with Enterprise here in Red Deer—everything from start to finish was smooth, easy, and genuinely stress-free. The whole team was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and what really stood out was how clear and upfront they were about pricing—no hidden fees, no surprises, just honest service. ONE QUICK TIP for anyone renting: before you drive off, take a minute during the inspection to ask any questions and snap a few photos or a short video of the car (including the gas level) just for peace of mind. I also want to give a special shout-out to the gentleman who helped me with the vehicle inspection and walkthrough—he was professional, patient, and made sure everything was clearly explained. Overall, a top-tier experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need a rental. Highly recommend!
