  These guys were great! They are very busy but were fast, friendly and informative. I had a rental car through insurance and insurance initially denied an extra day that they promised but it got sorted with the help of Enterprise. They were most helpful and let me know when it was sorted with insurance. Thank you!

  Everything was great from the start. I had to extend my rental and no issues. Pick up and return was a breeze. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

  We came with an urgent need for a car rental for 2 weeks. Staff were professional, competent and courteous. All our needs,were easily met and we were able to move smoothly to our daily chores. We'll done!!

  We couldn't be happier with my experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Red Deer! Our personal vehicle was written off, and the service I received was absolutely fantastic. Even though there appeared to be a long line up before us we were served quickly and in a friendly manner. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making the rental process smooth , efficient and stress-free. The car they provided was great—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for what we needed. We feel they really went above and beyond. We will definitely be using them again if we ever need a rental again.
