  I worked at this location as a painter, and unfortunately my experience was very negative. The manager and estimator were consistently rude, and the management seemed unorganized and unsure of proper procedures. I also experienced discriminatory behaviour from multiple staff members during my time there. On top of that, they have refused to pay me for the work I completed, even though I was commuting over 100 km each way to work at this shop. There were also serious quality and safety concerns — for example, a Dodge Journey had blue paint overspray on the roof rack, and instead of replacing the part as required, they wiped it with thinner and planned to return it to the customer that way. You can clearly see the damage where the thinner was used. Overall, I cannot recommend this location to anyone, whether for employment or repairs.

  I recently had a hit and run on my car and needed my drivers side door replaced. The manager, Dean, seemed very knowledgeable and they got me in quickly for repair. With some of the negative reviews I wasn't sure what to expect as this was the place my insurance sent me to, but I'm very happy with the results! They were able to promptly source a brand new door from Mazda for my 2012 car, and the paint matches perfectly. The front staff were kind, professional and down-to-Earth people, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I had a minor issue and they didn't try to gaslight me as other places have, and were very reasonable in addressing it. Would recommend and will likely be back for any further auto body/glass work!
