Horrible service for out of shop work waited 2hrs for a service truck to show up and then they proceed to wreak 2 tubes. Ordered a new tire 3weeks ago never heard back call down and get well call you back never do.

Great staff. They usually do good work. But I had four custom air caps and I only have two when I got my truck back, and they put on these cheap green and a black one mismatching, that's a little shitty.

Would trust my dog more to repair my vehicle. Poor customer service will tell you something isn't related as if people have no knowledge of vehicle parts/places. They repaired pieces on my car without actually asking if I still wanted to go ahead and informed me after that it won't be good due to worn out parts. Told me my vehicle would be ready at one time then another, I waited all day for my car. Got it back with things then not working and then told " no way that's our doing " my vehicle had an inspection 3 months ago and ZERO issues prior to taking it to them.

After an emergency tire issue they did their absolute best and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. If we ever needed them again we would not hesitate.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
