Very poor business management…and this includes the Enterprise in Airdrie. Tried to extend the rental as our son’s truck was still in for repair. Tried all day to contact someone and next day were told we had to go to Airdrie. Will never rent from Enterprise again and will be sure to share this bad experience with everyone we deal with. What a mess!! On top of everything we never received any paperwork and have tried calling and texting to get receipt of payment…Again..No Response!!
