- MMMike6 days ago2.0Nice staff but renting using a debit card was such a hassle and limited my ability to rent a more comfortable vehicle, even though I had no problem paying in advance plus deposit.
- SSsicklinesproductionMar 31, 20261.0I wish I could give zero or negative stars It was great till enterprise accused me of threatning their employee and vehicle to which they demanded I return the vehicle immediately or severe repercussions to which I explained I am working out of town and can't make it for the manager to continuously cut me off or hang on me repeating have it back by end of day. For the accusations they record their phone calls and failed to go over the recording of what was actually said no threats to the employee and asked about the insurance policy covering "blown engines" and the employee assumed I was threatning to blow up the car with dynamite I guess lol Dense and Rude managers and above for. This location

The return was awesome, I was going to call a taxi but I was offered a ride . Totally pleased. Thank you so much.
- FFFreyone1Feb 18, 20262.0Not happy that this location did not have a key drop box and was going to be charged a extra day because of a holiday. Dropped the car off on time , but with no drop box, had to return key next day,, and they were going to charge me. After some tense discussions, they overturned this. The Office manager was good,and polite. The worker attendant he has , was a nasty little girl, who needs retraining in dealing with the public. Maybe too young to work in a public service industry, not sure. Over all I will go back to them, but they need to fix some problems at this location.
