Save yourself the time and headache. Go somewhere that is not over priced and a waste of time. Receptionists are VERY rude. Called and made an appointment to fix multiple issues and get new tires. The day before the appointment I called to confirm the tires were in. They had no record that I wanted winter tires. Booked the day off work and dropped off the car bright and early and I'm told they changed it to a purely diagnostic appointment and no work would be done that day and I'd need to rebook. It's not my fault if you overbooked customers. Last time I dropped my car off for an alignment I left with the car driving straight but the steering wheel tilted to the left. I had to come back and have them do it again and do the alignment property. How could they NOT notice how bad the alignment was when they had to drive it out of the shop to park it. It's careless rushed work. They continually over quote for work compared to other shops. I am SHOCKED by how the two receptionist talk to customers. Absolutely rude and patronizing. I made the mistake of giving them another chance. I will NOT make that mistake again.

Amazing service!! Yesterday I phoned in the morning to see about getting a slow leak fixed on one of my tires. They told me to bring it down whenever I had time and I had it fixed the same day. While I was dropping off my vehicle to get the leak fixed I asked if they were already getting booked up for winter tires and of course they were so I said I will have to get on that and get my 4 vehicles booked in. When I came back that day to pickup my vehicle for the leak they had booked in all my vehicles in for tire changes and wrote down the dates for me. Amazing!! Always very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
