- FFFreyone1Feb 18, 20262.0Not happy that this location did not have a key drop box and was going to be charged a extra day because of a holiday. Dropped the car off on time , but with no drop box, had to return key next day,, and they were going to charge me. After some tense discussions, they overturned this. The Office manager was good,and polite. The worker attendant he has , was a nasty little girl, who needs retraining in dealing with the public. Maybe too young to work in a public service industry, not sure. Over all I will go back to them, but they need to fix some problems at this location.
