- KGKieran GantonOct 13, 20252.0Buyer beware, I came to the station to fill a 20lbs propane tank. The tank was 1/2 full so probably used 10lbs despite this I was charged for a full 20lbs. When questioned the manager and worker stated that's just how they do it??? Meaning they never weigh and just charge the full price for a fill, based on bottle size. In my humble opinion they probably never fill a completely empty tank so basically are ripping off every customer that fills there. Furthermore as a business who is providing this service buy a scale for open and honest conduct. I told them if I took 10 dollars of product off the shelves they would not be impressed, but in reality that is what they are doing to customers. Really not impressed. Also note there is no signage and this was after the tank has been filled.
