Wonderful service. Jamie and Solomon were great to deal with and so accommodating . I cannot reccomend this place highly enough and not just for tires, they did a bunch of work on my truck for a reasonable price and very fast service. So impressed a.d will definitely be back.

Fountain tire put on 4 new tires and when I got into my car, I instantly noticed a rip in the leather seat of my new Pallisade. I had the staff come out and look and the owner said he hasn't seen that in 20 years!! They said they would cover the cost of repair however did not arrange the repairs, I did it myself. I am 1.5hr away from the closest repair place and asked for compensation for my time, fuel, inconvenience and was told he would only be willing to do in shop compensation so oil change or wheel alignment. I refused to return to this shop for absolutely anything. The week before they damaged my car they damaged my siblings truck rims. This experience was horrible and a big regret! My leather seat is damaged and although now repaired it is 100 visible. Quality of workmanship at this location is absolutely horrible!!

Used fountain tire medicine hat for a few years now. Never had a bad experience. Their service is first class , not only completing the job booked in for but going above and beyond. Advising of possible work that might be needed in the future and offering a quote if needed. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. A special thanks to Solomon for always giving 5 star treatment and service.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
