I had the staff come out and look and the owner said he hasn't seen that in 20 years!! They said they would cover the cost of repair however did not arrange the repairs, I did it myself. I am 1.5hr away from the closest repair place and asked for compensation for my time, fuel, inconvenience and was told he would only be willing to do in shop compensation so oil change or wheel alignment. I refused to return to this shop for absolutely anything. The week before they damaged my car they damaged my siblings truck rims. This experience was horrible and a big regret! My leather seat is damaged and although now repaired it is 100 visible. Quality of workmanship at this location is absolutely horrible!!
