Today 5 nov at 5.25 am i went into the store for a coffee refill, and the flying j application was down as i had trouble logging in, same as many drivers at the time. When I couldn’t open my flying j app to pay, the lady at the service counter started behaving mean, because i didn’t bring my wallet from the truck. Her exact words were, you guys always have trouble for just paying for coffee. Why u don’t bring your cards with you. I tried, explaining her that flying j app is down and i didn’t know that otherwise i would have brought my wallet. She said she don’t care because she is not flying j and she only works here. Pretty rude tone and not a professional way to handle customers. Especially ruining someone’s all day.
