    I have to give one star to be able to give a review. They don't deserve it. This location provides zero service. They failed to provide a rental car and failed return any phone calls. I had pre booked a car for the week as I was flying into Medicine Hat and needed it for the week and was returning it to Enterprise in Lethbridge, were I was to get on a plane again. My flight into the hat was pushed back and I would be arriving 20 minutes after they closed at 5:00. I called their office in the morning and asked if there was any way to still pick up the car, their answer was we will have a manager call you. That turned out to be the same answer myself and my office received every time we called the next few days. They never did supply a car or return a phone call. I had to rearrange my entire trip rescheduling flights and hotels because of this poorly ran location. Honestly I think this must be some kind of front as they don't have any cars to rent. I travel very regularly for my Job and always use National and Enterprise and have received excellent service at every other location. I will give out a shout out to the Lethbridge location who in the past have met me at the airport at midnight with a car. I would recommend avoiding the Medicine Hat location and getting your rental in a different city if you can .

    Outstanding rental place! Guri & his team were professional, pleasant, very efficient & calm during the early morning rush when I came to pick up my rental after being in an accident. They were “ahead of the game”/well informed when I called later in the week to extend the rental as the body shop needed more time. Such lovely professionals!
