- DHDeborah HobdayApr 1, 20265.0I spoke to Mariana in the med. Hat office to book a trip to cancun..after being scammed by persons saying they were ama travel on line.. I was very nervous about booking with ama on the phone..in the past I have always booked my vacations through ama..Mariana was absolutely wonderful..she was kind courteous and very thorough explaining all involved in my booking my trip..I was short on time so she promised to call me back at 4:00 to complete my booking..which she did..even added more details about the resort I was booking including finding out for me that shuttle service was included to and from the airport which I greatly appreciated. Ama is very fortunate to have her as an employee who i highly recommend..she spent more than an hour with me as she was very detailed and went far and beyond the call of duty..sincerely appreciated..and this is why I have been a customer since 2013..thank I ou kindly mariana

Can I renew my passport here, or can I only get a picture for it?
We offer passport photo services at all of our centres across Alberta. To learn more about this, visit ama.ab.ca/personal/passport-photo. On that page on our website, you'll also find resources on how to apply for your Canadian Passport. You can get those application forms from your nearby postal outlet or passport office. My driver's licence is due soon. Do I have to book and appointment to renew?
You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
Do you offer an international driver's licence here?
We sure do. The test costs $17.60, plus the cost of getting your Driver's License after you pass. Visit our website and search for 'Drivers Licence Testing' to find all the information, including what to bring with you. Good luck!
Is there a way to get a in-transit sticker for a vehicle to move?

Can I use the registry services if I am not a member?
At AMA, our registry services are member exclusive. However, you can visit our registry with someone who has an active AMA membership to use our services. Being a member does offer plenty of value.
