  I brought my jaguar xf-r sport for a service which is typically difficult to get done at any place other than jaguar. The team was super helpful and knowledgeable. I got an oil change and engine air filter replacement. Will be returning for coolant and trans flush at next appointment. Thank you guys

  Turns out you guys over-torqued my oil pan bolt last time and then you pulled it out this recent time and could not get the very-stripped thing back in so shoved a giant hex bolt and wide washer in to hold until I could get to a mechanic. Not sure why I had to pay for the oil change when both events were your fault? But instead you blamed your guys’ user error on the make of my car. Life is expensive but vehicle upkeep is necessary and we will never use you guys again. I paid for a fully synthetic oil change just to have it all come out when we fix your techs oopsie.

  I went to get my oil changed on Thursday, March 26, 2026. I had a really positive experience at this location and want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received. It's not often that a routine oil change stands out, but this experience definitely did. I wish I could remember the employee's name because she truly deserves a shout-out and recognition. She took the time to understand where I was coming from, especially after I shared some of my negative past experiences with a competitor that rhymes with "Mr. Cube." She explained everything clearly and made sure that I felt heard and informed during the oil change. What stood out the most was that she provided information without trying to upsell or pressure me into additional services, which I've experienced at competitors such as "Mr. Cube." It was really refreshing to feel like the focus was on honest service, rather than making extra sales. This type of customer service makes a big difference and ensures that I will continue to get my oil changed at this location! Outstanding service by this employee, she made a lasting impression and is an absolute asset to this location!!

  I could not recommend this place more. I originally made an appointment with Canadian tire and they have been nothing but unhelpful and unorganized. I decided to get my oil change and fuel filter replaced. Came in talked to a really nice older fella and got all my info down and everything completed in a timely manner. I really appreciated their customer service and advice on what I should do in the future. Keep up the great work!

  They honestly work very fast and efficient. If I was worried about the prices they’d offer coupons to help alleviate the costs, and most importantly they communicated so well. There’s two guys that work there, I think it might be Dave, that is always helping me. I needed a windshield wiper for my rvr, and they had none and the one they put on was too big. So instead of leaving me without a wiper he just fixed the rubber part for me on my old one and I was good to go. And they are really good at recommending me places. Mr.transmission was gonna charge me a lot for transmission oil flush, they charged me almost 59 - 60 dollars less! Definitely recommend them!
