  Dont ever pay with a debit even tho you can cuz they will keep youy deposit and wont give it back if you drop off in a different province.

  I have been a customer for all over 3 years renting atleast 1-2 times a year. And because of a fault of there own workers my money has not been give back and I have now waited almost a month, so when someone on there end messes up it will be your fault! This is so unprofessional and I should be given a refund for this. I have called time and time again to be told its basically my fault. For taking a car they SHOULDN'T have rented but was by ONE OF THERE STAFF. this is not how you get business. Should be ashamed.

  My wife needed a vehicle rental after getting into a collision so we called them to arrange a rental several weeks ahead of when we needed to pick it up. We had an SUV booked, and we called the day prior to pickup to ensure it was ready for us, we were told it was! The day we went to pick up, its like we were complete strangers, no vehicle was available for us. LUCKILY, another lady in the waiting room saw us waiting with our two young children, and actually offered her vehicle to us to take. We then got the rental (so thankful to this nice stranger!), and upon returning it, they tried several times to charge us for the rental, even though this was an insurance claim rental. Overall 0/10 experience, we will never step foot in this facility again. If you have any other options, please do yourself a favour and use someone else.

  I truly appreciate great service because it makes a big difference when you’re traveling or working out of town.That’s why I want to recognize Jack, Dona and Bamike at Enterprise. They made my rental experience smooth, easy, and stress-free from the start. Bamike also took the time to explain the insurance options, including windshield coverage. It’s one of those things you hope you’ll never need, but having it gives you real peace of mind.That advice turned out to be incredibly helpful because a rock hit the windshield the very same day I picked up the car. Thankfully, Bamike handled the claim quickly and professionally which made the situation completely stress-free.This was actually my first time renting a car for a weekend trip out of town, and I found it so convenient. It saved mileage on my own vehicle and made the whole trip easier without worrying about extra wear, cleaning, or maintenance afterward.Thank you, Dona and Bamike, for the excellent service and for going the extra mile to make the experience seamless.I will definitely be using your service again for my out of town work and trips!
