Communication was consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude, which made an already stressful process far more difficult than it needed to be. From a logistics perspective, the lack of organization and attention to detail created unnecessary delays and confusion. Key information was either missing, contradictory, or provided far too late to be useful. When concerns were raised, instead of being addressed professionally, they were met with uncooperative and unprofessional behavior. In an industry where efficiency, clarity, and courtesy are essential, this broker demonstrated a serious lack of competence.
