When I call to customer service for help to send someone on location they said just wait someone come i wait 1.5 hours no one pop-up. And then location closed and then they said our all location closed right now come tomorrow. How can I change my plan immediately. Very bad service.

I dropped off at 0400 and a mistake was made with my charge. When I contacted the company they immediately rectified the situation and my card was reimbursed. Great service. This was the only company that offered late service and they did an excellent job.
