Tires only!!!!!!! SeriouslyâŠHave/ had a 2008 jeep liberty limited, vehicle was is good working order coming from BC got an out off province check with them. Got my jeep in the winter and wasnât experiencing any heat at all and thought it was the heater coil. Upon working on what I thought was heater coil they actually changed my thermostat gave itâs back to me for week with no heat -20c outside while I waited to bring my vehicle in again.. (clearly didnât check the issue it was in for), so now they keep that and Iâm also paying for a new heater core (âbut donât worry we waved labour on a 400$ part + the 200 thermostat plus labour) having swapped two part and doing the bare minimum they refuses to check all systems pertaining to the coolant system water pump line pressure check as I informed them of leaks and mechanic (Chris) told me it was like sitting run off in the under jeep. Also after the heater core was told the condensation and residue in my windshield was normal (coolant coming through my hvac not normal). Issues related to their spotty work they didnât bleed or pressure check my vehicle properly turning it in to time bomb as component shop would notice. My water pump failed catastrophically in 10 minutes drive months later and management fails to see or even want to discuss the possibility they cut corners or tech error when I had to bring my vehicle back misfiring, power supply issues, the messed and didnât check before giving it back and not being concerned with leaks present by the customers. Also try and ask them for the tech service checks and theyâll just give you a bill that doesnât show the process of work time in time out like every other shop Iâve been in..Issues that were clearly present service and work wise Matt manager son of the owner .. swears on his momma by their work.. feel bad for his momma⊠place is coin flip⊠do your business research many better shops and donât be fooled by smiles and reassurance because Iâll tell you Matt is about his money not customer support or the decency to see how his business interaction and work he approves will affect peopleâŠ.. tires only..
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, itâs time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesnât take much to throw your alignment offâpotholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, weâre happy to take a look.
Whatâs included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
Itâs a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tireâs sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 â Tire width (mm)
- 55 â Height as a % of width
- R â Radial construction
- 17 â Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 â Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H â Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath â about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
