Person at the desk extremely rude, their manger even worse! Seems odd they did not take photos of the vehicle before we left thank goodness there was no old damage otherwise who knows what would have happened. My husband asked why they didn’t take any before rental pictures and the manger refused to answer and threaten to ban us from renting again! This place is a joke, the manager is extremely rude and should be fired!!!!

The only thing I would change is letting customers know they can leave their car with kustom auto if you are taking your car there. My husband had to take a day off thinking he needed to give me a ride. Other than that everything was excellent.
