- RDRene DegraafMar 2, 20261.0I had a policy going, and it was canceled over a suspension I had 11 yesrs ago. I was never asked about a suspension that long ago or anything. Now to have a new auto policy the want me to pay 400 dollars and have a ten year driving abstract before they will even quote me a new policy. The lady was so rude during such a stressful situation. I hope you people feel ashamed of yourselves. Went from loving ama to hating it in a moments notice. Wawanessa is way better.

The guy I talked to never tried above in beyond with customers. Worst service ever. Been a member since 2017. Very dissapointing of how management went downhill. Is this how you treat loyal members for almost 10 yrs??? Doesnt even deserve 1 start at all PS. WENT THERE TO PAY AND THEY DECLINED because policy says so they will cancel first and get the full payment before re activating the policy. Way to milk more money from people from this very difficult time for everyone. Will spread this poor service throughout the city

Can I renew my passport here, or can I only get a picture for it?
We offer passport photo services at all of our centres across Alberta. To learn more about this, visit ama.ab.ca/personal/passport-photo. On that page on our website, you'll also find resources on how to apply for your Canadian Passport. You can get those application forms from your nearby postal outlet or passport office. My driver's licence is due soon. Do I have to book and appointment to renew?
You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
Do you offer an international driver's licence here?
We sure do. The test costs $17.60, plus the cost of getting your Driver's License after you pass. Visit our website and search for 'Drivers Licence Testing' to find all the information, including what to bring with you. Good luck!
Is there a way to get a in-transit sticker for a vehicle to move?

Can I use the registry services if I am not a member?
At AMA, our registry services are member exclusive. However, you can visit our registry with someone who has an active AMA membership to use our services. Being a member does offer plenty of value.
