I have a new vehicle and asked that the mechanics protect the leather/clothe seats when driving it into the shop for winter tires. The kid that drove it into the shop was Vaping as he opened my door. This is not acceptable! Even worse the guy then sits in the seat with dirty, greasy coveralls!!! I asked for the seats to be covered as other places will do, and they said they would. The seats were absolutely filthy when they returned the vehicle to me. Generally the attitude here appears to be that they could give a crap about the owners and their vehicles.

I went in for a wheel alignment after installing new control arms and ball joints myself. I even told them the truck would be out of alignment because I had just put it back together. Turns out it was “in spec,” so they didn’t bother touching the camber adjustment bolts — the same bolts I didn’t torque down because I expected them to actually do their job. Surprise: the alignment didn’t last more than 100 km. My steering wheel was turned to the left and the truck pulled hard that way too. I phoned in, not only to order a trailer tire but also to let them know the alignment failed almost immediately. The guy on the phone was rude and completely unhelpful. I brought the truck in again and waited two hours for a re-alignment. While I was there, another customer came back not even ten minutes after his alignment because his steering wheel wasn’t straight. Clearly this is a recurring problem at this shop. After the second alignment, I get my truck back—now it pulls hard to the right. So I call again. This time the guy is suddenly polite. Go figure. Third appointment: booked for 1:30. I show up at 1:00 hoping they might get me in early—nope. 1:30 comes and goes, my truck hasn’t even moved. At 1:47 I ask what’s going on, and I get brushed off with, “It’s going in right now.” Ten minutes later? Still sitting in the same spot. I ask for the manager. He rushes over, doesn’t even let me speak, and says, “I don’t even want to hear it. Give his keys, I’ll refund him, and he can leave.” Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And if that’s not enough, I watched them straight-up lie to two elderly women about their brakes and try to charge them way more than what needed to be done. This place is shady, unprofessional, and apparently allergic to doing an alignment correctly. Avoid at all costs.

The day before my appointment for my tires I mentioned to my wife that they will treat your vehicle the way you treat it yourself. So I vacuumed out my truck and rinsed off my floor mats. (Last summer I removed all the seats out and steam cleaned the rug and seats) Went to pick up my truck and before I went in to pay I noticed the hubcaps were not on and sitting on my front passenger seat. Paid and then mentioned the hubcaps it being on. The service advisor told me they just snap back on. ( I am more than capable and could do myself) then she mentioned someone could come out and put them on after I kinda just looked back at her and said nothing. Got the keys back and went to leave. Opened the passenger door to let my son in and found all the dirt from the hubcaps on the seat. Went back in and mentioned. They were great and cleaned I up for me. Although the outcome was great the steps required on my part to get there should not have been needed.

After almost 10 years of really exceptional service (and all tire purchases/services to date for every household vehicle) at this location I was left super disappointed today. We had Friday/Monday seasonal tire swaps booked for both vehicles and after the Friday appointment they indicated we also needed a wheel alignment and assisted to book a back to back appointment with my pre existing Monday appointment for the other vehicle. I waited an hour and 25 min for my tire swap, left to trade vehicles as soon as it was done and came directly back for my following appointment. I was SIX minutes late with the turnaround of vehicles and getting back due to the seasonal swap time previous and how the appointments were booked. Ben called as I was parking my car in the lot and I let him know I’m just walking in from the parking lot. He said my appointment has now been bumped back because his guys were waiting around. When I came in and discussed how I had back to back appointments booked for both vehicles due to my previous service Friday, they said they can’t do anything and it would be an hour before my vehicle got in and then another hour for it to be done. This resulted in my and my 3 kids (due to the school strike) siting here from 9am until mid afternoon because I came 6 min late for my 3rd appointment in 3 days and have never been late for any appointments in 10 years. Disappointed in the customer service, especially with 3 small kids under age 7 waiting in the waiting room for hours due to appointments booked consecutively with no understanding of the same.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
