  Amazing service at this location. Special shoutout to Raj, one of the lot attendents who was extremely accomodating, helpful and patient when I thought I left my phone in the truck I returned. It turned out to be my clumsy self not being able to find it in my bag but Raj and his team were courteous to promptly bring the truck back from the wash station and had it parked it at a convenient spot so I can take my time to search inside the truck thoroughly. He checked in on me frequently to see if he can help. I can't thank him enough for his top notch customer service.

  To the management of the YEG Airport location: If I could give you minus stars, I would. You clearly make a habit of taking advantage of low income seniors. My 79 yr old mother rented an SUV and your staff rushed her through the entire process. They didn't even give her time to look at the car, they just shoved papers at her and told her she had to sign off saying there was no damage, so she did. She went straight from there to my house. As soon as she pulled up, I noticed major damage on the roof above the windshield. Note: my mother is barely 5ft tall so is not tall enough to see the roof on an SUV. We took pictures with time and location stamps and provided those to the staff when I returned the car (I had to do the return because my mother ended up in the hospital, which I told them). They refused to accept the proof that the car was damaged BEFORE she took it, they are now charging her $750 in repairs. I plan to make it my mission to share this story with as many people as I possibly can. To anyone reading this review, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

  Excellent service for a first time renter! Drove a Dodge Durango that had 50K mileage and very clean and had reliable handling. They were very informative and friendly throughout the whole experience with them. Dropoff was super smooth, quick and easy, which was very important for us needing to get to our flight. Would book again with confidence!

  Love this location - staff are always AMAZING. Just had an INCREDIBLE experience with Munil. He went well above "above and beyond" to help me and make sure I was set up for success. Plus, he was super friendly, too!! Thank you Munil and Enterprise for ALWAYS being fantastic. This is a 10/10 location and I always appreciate their service and welcoming ways. Munil is a superstar and this is a superstar location!

  "May Fault - Enterprise 0 Integrity" I was in a rush to get to the airport, while I dropped off my rental I accidentally left my new Black jacket that was a gift in the back of the car. By the time I was in the security zone of the airport, I relized I left my jacket in the car. I attempted for over an hour to get in touch with someone, yup no one picked up the phone to help me. The next day I was able to get in touch with customer support, and hour later a employee called me back to say they could not find my jacket, I said it was in the back seat... sorry we did not find it. IS THERE no integrity with ENTERPRISE employees at the Edmopnton Airport located? I admit this was my fault, but to make no attempt to help customers that are in a rush, new to this airport and steal their personal belongings. 0 Intergity, 0 help, 0 times that Ill use Enterprise again.
