  Avoid this location. Attempt to swindle the customer for charges with little information given. Was informed liable for a "rock chip" located under the windshield wiper. Was not given full information until I had left the location and received an email. Allegedly a crack 12 inches or larger warrants a window replacement....no measurement was taken when I was present and no evidence was given on the email received after leaving. A swindle mentality is what was presented by this location towards me, after spending close to $3000 on rentals there since late December 2025. If you risk renting from this location DO NOT trust ther inspections. Take photos of the unit top to bottom. They will only hand you the keys and not do an inspection together to agree on the condition. Avoid this location and rent from else where. I was a fool to put my trust in this location, lesson learned. Never again

  The Hyundai Sante Fe Hybrid that we rented from Enterprise was comfortable, safe, and very economical. It rode very smoothly and there was no change in power or cabin comforts when it switched between gas and electric. Enterprise facilitated the rental and return with no issues and gave us valuable tips regarding our use of the vehicle and about our travels..

  Enterprise Rent A Car is always my 1st choice .. My latest rental though that I got from the airport had an issue with one of the tires , tpms sensor saying low air, when i brought it to canadian tire the next day to fill it in, they told & showed me one of the tires has a small hole and it’s slowly leaking air out, so I called roadside assistance they sent me to one of there locations near where i was located but when I got there they are closed on a Sunday I’m surprised they are not updated with the schedule , so that’s unfortunate also as I can’t swap my car ,so I slowly drove the car to where I was staying and they send AMA to swap my tire to a spare but also due to the weather conditions (winter/snow) I don’t feel safe driving it around esp on the hwy with a spare tire on, I just parked the car at the hotel and got uber for the rest of my day .. part of my plans that day was ruined already.. the following day I went back to there enterprise location to swap the car and that took more than an hour of waiting .. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Well at least the Branch manager and staff at St. Albert location and at the airport was nice &kind to deal with and when I returned the car I requested the staff at the airport if he can give me one day discount on my rental due to what happened and I believe he did ,so Thank you.
