But the manager Nikita was ready for this and quickly helped me solve it and recommended me the best car for my trip and purposes. So if you have some non-standard situation, feel free to ask if Nikita is on duty. I'm sure he will help you with the solution. Highly recommend!

They couldn’t even go out and get it for me. I then asked to speak to a manager and was told a manager will call me. It’s been over a week and no call. I tried to call them back many many times and just keep getting cut off. Would never rent from them again. Very unprofessional.
