Booked flights and spent money on hiring help in preparation of our move. Enterprise then calls me 4 days before I was supposed to pick up the truck to inform me they don't have that truck and can only offer me a truck way too small for my needs. I requested a call back from a manager. They never called me back. This company and location is an absolute joke. They take no accountability and provide no solution when they mess up. Now I am out over a thousand dollars for flights and other expenses and still dont have a truck. Avoid this place at all costs.

I requested a review of internal records and security footage, but was told no assistance could be provided. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and transparency in handling lost property.
