    The Staff at the EIA location were very pleasant and courteous. The car I had requested was not available so they upgraded me to a much nicer vehicle. The vehicle was new and very clean. And the best part was the price was by far the best I could find. Much less than Uber or a cab.

    The vehicle itself was beautiful but the tires were terrible. We had a large winter storm where we were and there was minimal traction. Better winter tires would have been expected for a city that gets a lot of snow

    I paid extra for a rental and received one that didnt have enough trunk space for my luggage. When I asked to switch to another vehicle I was told no even though I could see there were several available. Personally I dont understand why they didnt provide the vehicle I requested nor why they wouldn't reimburse part of my rental costs since they downgraded my rental to one I could of got with their less expensive packages. Disappointed in this trip which was below 20 and 30 degrees for 2 weeks and they gave me one their only vehicles that doesn't have a remote start option so I was always starting the car in freezing temperatures.

    YEG airport location has very kind, efficient and friendly staff. Every time I have used them (I have to fly to Edmonton several times a year), they offer a selection of vehicles for me to choose from. Cars are always new/newer models and look and operate great. Also, Alamo often has the lowest prices for their vehicles and will only charge you for the hours the car is used on the last rental day rather than automatically dinging you for a full days rental. I would highly recommend them
