  An easy car rental agency to rent from. Upon request, I got an SUV instead of a truck. The agent was friendly and efficient. The rental price for four days plus gas came in under $200.00 so I was a happy camper.

  We rented Chrysler Pacifica for our Family and the Van was immaculate! Almost brand new fully loaded! We love it! YEG crew was very helpful and understanding as well! We’ll definitely rent at Alamo again!

  I am in love with this place, the lady who helped us (Eman) was very sweet, she gave us many upgrade options, and explained the importance of having proper insurance, and gave us great rates. Highly recommended five stars all the way.

  We reserved a car online and called in ti verify over the phone that they in fact do have the car. When we went to pick up, they said they have no car available, refused to offer any alternative solutions. The manager just smirked when I said why do they even take reservation when they have no cars
