  Such an easy process. We were met with a smile when we collected our car. Not rushed. Shown through everything we needed to know. Easy to exit the carpark and get out onto the highway. Thankyou 🙏

  After i left the parking lot, i notice there is a minor crack on the windscreen. I immediately got back, and Mike told me that minor crack doesn’t count!!! Their whole team manage stuff so quickly, picking up dropping off like a champ

  We just picked up our rental car and everything went super smooth and Tukando (sorry if I misspelled it) was super friendly and helpful making our experience even better!! We ended up with a rental that is appropriate for winter conditions which is a blessing since we are from Florida! Huge shout out to Tukando for the great experience would recommend!

  I had originally planned on leaving Alamo a good review because for a first time car renter honestly I thought the service was good, renting the vehicle was easy, pick up smooth, the vehicle was nice and drop off was straightforward but after I dropped off the vehicle and returned to my province I received an email saying I needed to file a claim for damage to the grille of the car that apparently I had caused. I took “ before “ pictures before I left the airport all around the car for my own protection under the direction of my husband which proved the damage was there before I left the airport with the car. That covered me but if I hadn’t done that I would’ve been on the hook to cover damages that were not my fault but no way to prove it. So for that alone is why I am leaving them 2 stars. I feel associates should do a walk around with clients of the car before they leave the rental agency so all prior damage is noted. I want to believe this isn’t a scam Alamo is running on its clients but renters cover yourself by taking your own before pictures before you leave the agency so previous damage cannot be on you to cover. An unfortunate outcome as I won’t be renting with Alamo again and feel I can’t trust this company and will definitely be covering my own back with any company I rent from in the future.
