  Kat (i think the manager, dont remember her name unfortunately ) is a very sweet lady was very nice, it was fairly easy to get the car. Unfortunately due to me having my old ontario license, created a little mess up and had to go make an extra trip but it was all good in the end. Received my damage deposit a little late due to the other lady not releasing the funds but eventually i got it back, i think a lot of things can be improved but overall they treated me well so it was a good experience.

  Très heureux d'être passés par cette agence ! Nous avons dû annuler notre réservation avec leur concurrent qui n'était pas ouvert à l'heure prévue et dont nous n'avions pas de nouvelle, et avons donc dû trouver une solution de repli en urgence. Candice nous a tout de suite trouvé une voiture avec pneus neige et une caution raisonnable qui nous a été rendue dans son intégralité. Très bonne expérience.

  The lady at the counter was too courteous..gave us extra time to drop off after scheduled time...clarified all our doubts..good customer service.
