I purchased four tires and got them installed on rims . The car was seating all winter . Went to drive it in spring 3 tires were low. Filled them up and took a ride . Come home park it though I ran over a nail or something as tire was low . Take it into see Chris as I have gotten many sets of tires from them . Next day stop past to pick it up get billed for a bead leak. Come home spray the other low tires down with soap and yup 3 out of 4 have bead leaks . Will not be back if they can't clean the rims before they stick new tires on and then bill me again for their incompetency . I will be going back to another tire shop in town as they fixed my old lady's tire for free and didn't even get the tires there . Do better Chris

I'm very pleased with the service I have received from this place. Chris and Brian went above and beyond for me. I got a flat tire and they were very helpful for getting me in to get my spare on, I then found out my tire wasn't repairable and had to get a new one ordered for me! The sourced out a tire at a way better price than anyone else I had called. They got me booked in as soon as it came in and got an oil change as well as it was on the list of things to do. I highly recommend this shop for all your vehicle needs. It's nice to have a place that actually cares about the clients and the vehicle needs without breaking the bank! Thanks guys!!! Keep being incredible!!!

My 70 y/o father went in to get a leaking tires repaired. They pretty much scoffed at him for not having an appointment and told him to “you know, just keep topping it up” until they had an appointment opening the next week

Hi , I would like to share my experience at fountain tire today , driving north on hwy 2 this afternoon , our vehicle started to make a loud noise , passenger side rear , came off the highway @ innisfail , went into the store , to make inquiries, & to see if they could do something for us , they told us , there was nothing available appointment wise for today , but offered to come out & have look , which he did , told me to drive up to a vacant bay , drove into the bay , staff member went down the pit , found the problem , & dealt with it very promptly, he then opened up the bay door , & told us to go on our merry way, THANK YOU for taking the time out of your busy schedule , drop what you were doing , to attend to our need , I’m sorry I did not ask for your name , But what a fantastic gesture to help us out , Thank you very much ,

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
