Way above and beyond!!! I am passing through on a road trip and started to have CV joint issues. They were fully booked and couldn’t fit me in but proceeded to call numerous other auto shops in town to help me get seen. Dang. Talk about helping a brother out. These guys are great. If I could I would take my car here. Kudos to the guys at the desk for helping me out. Top rate customer service.

My son and husband left BC this morning in 2 trucks with trailers loaded with horses. After having it serviced in a shop in Langley last week, one of the trailer tires blew right off just west of Jasper. From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank the mechanic that came back in after hours to fix it and send them on their way. The best customer service and highly recommend ❤️

This is my second review on these guys. The last review I was told to call customer service, I did. The guy on that answers the phone was pretty polite. He left several request for management to call me back.
Instead of a call back I got an email from a lawyer, apparently my social media reviews and Google reviews angered them. I’m being threatened with a liable lawsuit.
The facts are, they put a jack through my oilpan and put my truck out of commission, they at no time offered to help us source parts or get truck fixed. They never offered to get us a tow or find a garage. They did put the tire repair and service call through on my credit card. They are apparently good at sourcing parts because after the fact they tell me Napa in Langley has lots of oilpans in stock, I have an email from Napa proving that is false.
The actions of this branch and fountain tire corporate are repulsive.
Here is some context, a service truck for fountain tire is billed out at 135/hr and 1.94$/km that works out to about 290$/hr plus fuel surcharge. Apparently 265$/hr with no fuel surcharge is too extreme for a Texas bed winch truck.
It appears the objective has shifted toward reducing the claim to an amount the branch could pay out of pocket rather than fairly addressing damages caused by their admitted negligence.
Stay away from this company

I was driving to Hinton and the noise inside my vehicle was so loud, I could barely hear myself think. I called fountain tire and I was able to get my vehicle in right away. They looked it over to see what was wrong. I spoke with Steve and they told me what was going on, what I needed for repair, and the price I would have to pay for it. It was completely upfront. I appreciated that. He also let me know I would have to wait a day for the parts, which was fine with me. I was very grateful for the shuttle service they provided me too. My 5 hour drive on the way home, I could actually talk to somebody in the passenger seat and we wouldn’t have to yell at each other. LOL It was so quiet thank you so much. You guys did a great job and I am truly appreciative.

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
