We've visited this shop twice and had excellent customer service both times. The first time, they squeezed us in on an extremely busy day to fix a tire that was giving us trouble. Less than $20 and a much more comfortable ride later we were very grateful an now loyal customers. Given that service we ordered Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac tires with Kevlar for our truck through Fountain and couldn't be happier with them. Those things chew through everything. Highly recommend Fountain Tire High Level!

Wow these people are so efficient! Had issues with one of my tires. They got it fixed in less than 30 minutes and the pricing is incredibly fair. Thank you!

We had passed through on a Saturday, had a not so healthy tire that needed replacing. The mechanic and his boss were super patient and actually saved me money for the family trip. I highly recommend this place.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
