  After all the great reviews I was astonished on how bad my experience was with this location. I doubt I will rent again from this one. Can't win them all

  Yesterday The guy working here did unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour with my friend even he spent extra money to fuelled extra ⛽️ in rental car . (Other two girls were nice and excellent ) Will never visit here again.

  My husband rented a car from this place and returned it today. The guy working there at that moment was being highly unprofessional and rude with my husband. Even though we had extra fuel left in the car when we returned it he was trying to charge him more for less fuel and my husband showed him pictures taken on the day he picked up the car. He behaved extremely unprofessional and rude!! The service was not pleasant at all and really disrespectful!!

  I returned a rental car today after a two-day rental period. Upon arrival, a Tall guy was working at reception informed me that I needed to pay an additional amount for fuel. However, I immediately showed him a photo on my phone that I had taken on the day I picked up the vehicle, which clearly displayed the kilometres and fuel level at that time. When I returned the car, it actually had approximately 50 kilometres’ worth of additional fuel compared to when I received it. Despite this, he insisted that I still needed to pay extra. Even after I presented the evidence, he responded dismissively, saying he was unsure but that I still had to pay. I then asked to speak with the employee who originally provided me with the car, but he replied rudely that he did not know where that person was. His tone and behavior were unprofessional throughout the interaction. When I mentioned that such behavior could negatively impact customer feedback, he stated that he did not care. He also mentioned that he did not know when the other employee would return. I would like to ask the owner to address this issue and ensure that staff members demonstrate professionalism and respect toward customers, as this kind of service is unacceptable. In next week i also had to book a car again and after that too. I don't think so this type of service will grow your business. I will share my experience with my friends as well they always came here for renting a car. I have proof of kilometres and gas level i can prove that i returned it with extra fuel . It was so disappointing and disrespectful. ( the girl who gave me this car she Was Nice and professional as well ) but this guy behaviour was totally rude .

  Waited 20 min to get a cold frosted vehicle. Did the walk around to look for damage and the truck wasn't cleaned good enough to notice if there was damage. Reserved a truck a month and a half in advance to arrive and have them tell me they don't have trucks available. When I told them they can deliver me one when they do they magically had a truck for me. So far not impressed at all. Will update if the return goes good. Upon returning the truck I arrived to a full parking lot with one spot in the fenced area that I could park.when I pulled up to a employee he told me to wait so he could find a place for me to park. I was in a hurry so just parked it in the 1 available spot. When I went in I waited for 10 more minutes to have them take the keys so we could inspect the truck. The commercial truck guy there help me with that and he was an absolutely awesome. All in wasn't the worst experience but staff could use some customer service training. Management needs to hire more people at this location and you need to move to a facility that can handle the demand and have parking spaces available for customers and the enterprise rental fleet. And to Chris r....I won't be leaving more feedback direct to your company. I like it public and online so people know what to expect and maybe it will force your organization to step up your game a bit.
