  Screw this place. Made a booking online, nothing said anything about closing early. Cab across town to get there and the door is locked, no one is answering, and even the customer service line doesn’t know about it. Now I have to cab again across town to the airport to pick up my rental vehicle. Will NEVER be using them or recommending them to anyone. Edit: airport wanted to charge me $500 for a liability fee and would only take credit card. This company is a joke.

  I made my rental arrangements online through a 3rd party, and the total cost was about $150. When picking up the vehicle, the woman at the counter charged me an extra $70 because I'm "not from Grande Prairie". Couldn't have made this up if I tried. Never coming here again.

  Came here after an insurance claim on my truck. Spoke with john on the phone prior, was very condescending and ignorant. Ended up getting a rental elsewhere. Would not reccomend.

  Very poor performance. Only 33 seconds of water per dollar, machine says double time for a Towne and only gave 55 seconds. System continued to dispense soap while on rinse setting so I was unable to get my vehicle clean. I will have to visit another car wash to finish the job. I would not recommend this car wash to my friends.
