- KMKaitlin MacLeodDec 24, 20251.0Screw this place. Made a booking online, nothing said anything about closing early. Cab across town to get there and the door is locked, no one is answering, and even the customer service line doesn’t know about it. Now I have to cab again across town to the airport to pick up my rental vehicle. Will NEVER be using them or recommending them to anyone. Edit: airport wanted to charge me $500 for a liability fee and would only take credit card. This company is a joke.
- CLCALVIC'S TRANSPORT LTD.Feb 19, 20251.0This guy is scam. Picked truck up in a snow bank covered with snow. Put 190 klm on it locally. Return vehicle and they said all good. Then I received phone call that they found crack in side window. Guess it's my word against his. I never noticed the crack and was never hit by anything. Could a been there the whole time. TINY little chip near the back of the widow. Big safety issue he says. All 4 low tire lights on when I picked it up and didn't correct it. I'm sure it was checked over at all. Live and learn.

- CZcris zahariaMay 6, 20211.0Crooks, STAY AWAY!! They called me 2 hours before the pickup time to let me know the " estimated total price" increased from $89.00 to over $600.00. The customer service was as useless as usual you can find in Canada. The supervisor, Geneva, should be awarded an " I hate my job" medal for the customer service skills that she showed over the phone conversation. Probably she's working from home and I disturbed her, she was brushing the cat. Stay away!!
