Damn near $3000 into the car, and she dies as soon as she's parked in the driveway. Yeah, my car had all kinds of issues going into the shop, but she still ran. After 2 days of work done, I finally get the call she's ready to go. I pay for the $2600 worth of suspension work, get my keys and she's dead in the water. Jump start her with my sons truck, let idol and warm up, and she dies. Booster pack the mechanic brought out doesn't have enough juice to start her, so jump her again off my sons truck. Leave the cables on for 5 - 10 mins, and as soon as the cables came off, dead. Jump her again, leave cables attached, and she sounds like she's misfiring. Go back in, explain what's going on, mechanic comes out, doesn't understand, pulls it back in, dies at the door. Was told, battery is no good, need a new one, plus a new j bar that holds the battery in place. Asked, before I even approve the new battery, if the alternator has been tested, assured it was. Another $400 for the battery, j bar and labour. Runs, go to the gas station, go to walmart, drive home to Wembley, get mail, park it in the drive way. Not 30 minutes later, son asked if he could take it for a drive, and dead in the water. Left the charger on since 8am - 12pm, still dead. Call the shop, "If you bring the car back, we can definitely take another look." How? She's dead, "Well you can tow it here." I just dropped $3000, how would you like me to pay for it to be towed. "The money you put in it had nothing to do with the power or charging system." No kidding, and yet some how, the power and charging system suddenly don't work. NEVER take your vehicle here unless you are willing and able to pitch out for all the extra work that didn't need to be done prior to taking it in. I knew I should have just done the work myself.

Had a tire/fender issue just as I pulled into GP. I stopped in and they had me back on the road in 30 minutes. Very happy and grateful for the staff kindness and service.

Solid service from Andy and his team. Solid pricing on good winter tires and sensors. Recommend them for sure.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
