The rental company I had originally wanted was going to overcharge me. I went to him and he was not only able to help me get a rental car when I needed it immediately but he was very helpful and friendly. This man deserves a raise and should be praised. His customer service skills were on point and amazing. I cannot express how appreciative I was for him. He made my experience that much better and now I know why I always use enterprise!!
