  I am giving a 3 because I found somethings to be a but difficult to understand and unfair in my opinion. I get policy's and such but ones like this seem odd to me. - if a person does not have a visa card, and needs to us debit instead, shouldn't matter what your id address is compared to your home address, this is because not many people own their homes so having a fixed address with out having to change your id every single time you move which is at a cost and very annoying shouldnt matter. At the end of the day your still getting your money anyway as you are collecting payment right then and there. You also have GPS on your vehicles so to me again it shouldn't matter what's on your id. You will be able to track where you vehicle is if its lost or someone doesn't follow agreement. To me this is a ridiculous requirement and should not be a requirement. If I give you three references who can vouch for me that should be enough. An address shouldn't dictate renting a vehicle. With that being said Enterprise has had some good moments, they are kind in situations that are tough, they do listen even if they can't do anything and try to make suggestions on what you can do. They do have good vehicles and they detail them very well I have never had an issue with the condition of the vehcile and they have a very fair return policy and inspection. Its just Unfortunate this one particular policy interferes.

  They reserve vehicles that they dont even have in stock. I got stuck with 40$ in cab bills just to go there and get turned away even though I reserved.

  I rented a car from Grande prairie Alberta airport and I cannot express how grateful I was for Oshane Brown. I came in from my first time flying late and was exhausted. The rental company I had originally wanted was going to overcharge me. I went to him and he was not only able to help me get a rental car when I needed it immediately but he was very helpful and friendly. This man deserves a raise and should be praised. His customer service skills were on point and amazing. I cannot express how appreciative I was for him. He made my experience that much better and now I know why I always use enterprise!!
