  Horrible experience, the manger did not care at all about my needs or my insurance claim details. They called me in advance telling me they need 3 days in advance to pick up the vehicle I needed. I called them 5 days before saying what I needed. I got there and they had nothing brought in and would not accommodate my needs. Trying to give me a vehicle 3x smaller then the one I needed which didn’t fit my car sit and it got to the point where I was crying out of frustrating since I was there for 5 hours waiting for a solution

  I was actually impressed with their customer service and their ability to handle my frustrations when I initially had to get a rental vehicle during an insurance claim. I imagine they deal with hundreds of customers a day, yet they still encourage you to take their business card and call them anytime. The staff here are pretty easy going and super friendly too if you treat them with respect. They did a great job getting me into a vehicle that was extremely close to what I was driving before. I wasn't even bothered by the lack of power in the rental, but they apologized anyways when I mentioned the lack of power, and promised a better ride next time. That was unexpected, and I'm honestly super impressed by the customer service. Thanks for the help guys!

  Formal Complaint – Lack of Policy Disclosure and Poor Service Standards To Enterprise Holdings Customer Relations, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service and lack of policy transparency I encountered during a recent rental booking at your Grande Prairie location. Misinformation Regarding Towing Policies I reserved a half-ton pickup truck several days in advance for the specific purpose of towing a cargo trailer from Red Deer to retrieve long-term storage items. It was only 24 hours prior to my scheduled pickup that I was informed the vehicle was not equipped for towing. Following two hours of phone consultations with Customer Service and Truck Inventory Control in Edmonton, I was informed of a critical distinction: "private side" rentals are prohibited from towing, whereas "commercial/corporate side" rentals are permitted. Financial and Logistical Impact The failure to disclose this distinction at the time of booking resulted in a significant logistical collapse. To rectify the error, I was told I would have to transition to a corporate rental, requiring a $1,200 credit card deposit and an estimated total cost of $3,000—an unreasonable shift in financial expectation for a pre-planned journey. After waiting eighteen months to recover my household belongings and professional tools, this oversight caused unnecessary stress and the loss of a planned trip. Concerns Regarding Local Branch Conduct Furthermore, the conduct of the Grande Prairie location was unprofessional. Not only did they fail to mention the towing restrictions during the initial booking, but they also refused to provide my reservation number when requested. I was forced to contact Edmonton Customer Support to retrieve my own booking information. This lack of transparency is highly concerning and suggests a need for immediate retraining. Requested Resolution Enterprise must implement clear signage or digital disclosures during the booking process to ensure customers are aware that "private" pickups are not for towing. I request a formal review of this incident and a response regarding how your team intends to prevent such misinformation from affecting future customers. Due to the stress and financial inconvenience caused, I will not be utilizing Enterprise services for my future needs until these systemic communication issues are addressed.
