After nearly a year of "Unprecedented call volumes" you'd think they'd have it figured out. There is no point in calling AMA. I spent days on hold, every spare afternoon or free morning I had - hours on hold and no one ever answered the phone. Don't waste your life trying to use them.

Paid over 1300 for driving course just for no slots to be available for months. They dont warn you that wont be doing driving anytime soon, just a cash grab as wouldve went with a different company

You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
