I dealt with Rachel for an oil change last year and have been back twice now because of the phenomenal service she and the rest of the team provided (I intentionally drive back out to The Fort for oil changes now even though I live in Edmonton). She communicated everything super clearly, didn't try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need, and was just a general delight of a human being. I was back in today because of a potential coolant issue, and she and the other young lady I spoke with were incredibly helpful and accommodating (and charged me nothing for the top up). In the event that the coolant wasn't actually what was causing my issue/the problem persists, she recommended a mechanic in the city that she said it fantastic. What could have been an incredibly stress inducing experience ended up being a breeze to deal with, and I was able to go about the rest of my day as if nothing had ever happened. Thank you Rachel and team- I'll definitely be back! :)
