They were kind enough to tell me what likely caused the problem and what a brake shop should do to minimize the probability of recurrence. On my return trip 10 days later later, I chose this Fountain Tire location to do the job. They juggled their schedule to fit me in and preordered the part. The job was completed on time and since then, the brakes have worked fine. I was really impressed with the customer service and friendly staff at this store.
