  This location is run by people that have 0 idea what they're doing and they're aggressively rude on top of it. Online, you will have the option to rent 1 of about 15 vehicles from this location, but they have nothing available when you arrive. Unfortunately, they just hire all of their friends so there's no accountability. Couple that with little competition in the area and nothing will change.

  I rented a vehicle from this location and returned it in the same condition it was picked up — no damage, no issues (a little muddy). I even did a full walk-around with a witness before returning it. The vehicle was dropped off, keys handed in, and no Enterprise staff did not offer to inspect the vehicle with me at that time. Three hours later, I received a message claiming there was a “new” windshield chip — even though the vehicle had already been driven off the airport lot, through Fort McMurray, and cleaned by their staff before they inspected it. They’re now trying to charge me for damage that clearly occurred after the vehicle left my possession. This is completely unacceptable business practice. -No immediate inspection was done at return. -No chain of custody was maintained. -They waited hours before claiming “new” damage. -I have a witness confirming the windshield was fine when returned. When I disputed the claim, their representative told me to just open a credit card claim — essentially pushing responsibility elsewhere rather than addressing their own process failure. I’ve rented from Enterprise many times across Canada and never had an issue until this branch. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to take time-stamped photos/videos at both pickup and drop-off and refuse to leave until an inspection is completed in your presence. Enterprise Fort McMurray needs to review their procedures and train staff to follow proper return protocols. I will not be renting from this branch again. I have attached a picture of the crack which would be very obvious to me and the person I was with when we did our walk around.

  I used Enterprise in Gregoire before with good experience. So I wanted to use them again but pricing in Airport location was better at the time, so I went there instead. Car is very clean and tidy. Customer service was good. The guy during pick up offered me free upgrade (from car to SUV). J thought that was awesome. But when I saw the final bill, I was charged extra for the winter tires. I brought this up when I returned the vehicle. If the car upgrade was free, then it shouldn’t cost me anything, because whatever “extra” feature of the SUV should come in as a package. I booked the car online and I chose the one I can afford. The person who offered me the upgrade should have mentioned how much extra it will cost me and not use the word “free” as a bait to accept the offer. The good thing is the person who handled the return saw my original reservation and realized I never asked for SUV and winter tires. He was very professional and reasonable and ended up giving me a refund and he honored the original price when I booked my reservation. So overall, it’s still a good experience and I will use them again next time.
