Showed up in person and made reservations. Still had to wait over an hour for a vehicle they couldn't even confirm the model for the booking. The agent couldn't even offer to call us back to let us know if something else was available. Ended up taking a dirty Ford escape and calling enterprise customer service and head office. Will see now if this gets resolved. Willing to change review if this can be resolved. UPDATE: DIDNT RECIEVE A CALL YET AFTER CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm not about to waste more time with your link reply after already explaining via phone.
